Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (Amul) has been recognized as the third most valued brand in India in the prestigious YouGov India Value Rankings 2025, according to an official release on Thursday. This achievement places Amul alongside e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart, making it the only Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand in the top three.

The ranking highlights Amul’s strong consumer trust and its cooperative business model, which ensures fair pricing for farmers while providing high-quality and affordable dairy products to households across the country. Amul continues to hold the number one position in tier-2 cities and remains among the top three brands in both tier-1 and tier-3 cities. Additionally, it ranks third among male consumers and second among female consumers, further demonstrating its widespread appeal across demographics.

This milestone underscores the strength of our cooperative model, which empowers millions of farmers while ensuring high-quality, affordable food and dairy products for consumers. As we continue to innovate and expand, this achievement reaffirms Amul’s legacy as a trusted name in Indian households.”
