A Legacy in Driving
Radhamani is not just any driver; she is the owner of A2Z Driving School in Kochi, Kerala. The school was established by her husband in 1970. After learning to drive at age 30, she developed a deep interest in the field. Today, she holds licences for 11 vehicle categories, including excavators, forklifts, cranes, and even container trailer trucks.
Pioneering Achievements
In 2021, Radhamani achieved another milestone by becoming the first woman in Kerala to obtain a licence for transporting hazardous goods. Her driving credentials date back to 1988 when she first received licences for buses and lorries. Her extensive range of licences was essential for managing her driving school after her husband’s tragic death in 2004.

Despite her impressive array of driving licences, Radhamani’s favourite mode of transport remains a two-wheeler. She obtained her two-wheeler licence in 1993, reflecting her lifelong passion for driving in all its forms.
