Individual WhatsApp chats can already be pinned to the chat list. Presently, it seems that the well-liked messaging service will add the same capability to individual chats. According to a report online, WhatsApp may soon introduce a new feature that would allow users to pin messages inside of a specific discussion.
The Meta-owned app is working on adding the ability to pin messages inside of chats and groups on WhatsApp, according to WABetaInfo, the Twitter account that monitors the impending changes in WhatsApp. During a conversation, a specific message is highlighted and pinned so that it always appears at the top of the chat for quick access.
Additionally, WABetaInfo released a screenshot of the planned function. When the pin action is chosen, the message is pinned at the top of the chat, as shown in the screenshot, and it will stay there until it is unpinned. With the help of this functionality, users can easily access and refer to crucial texts inside a conversation.
