Kerala-based robotics firm Genrobotics has been selected for the Adani Group fellowship.
The fellowship would help Genrobotics expand its service to more sectors.
Genrobotics is known for developing the world’s first robotic scavenger ‘Bandicoot’.
Bandicoot aims to put an end to manual scavenging and thus ensure the safety of sanitation workers .
Adani Group would be a part of this mission by Genrobotics .
The group would deploy products like Bandicoot in ports, airports, and other townships under the Adani Group.
Bandicoot is currently operational in 17 states and three Union Territories.
Vimal Govind M.K., Arun George, Rashid K., and Nikhil N.P. co-founded Genrobotics.
It is headquartered at Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram.
