Social media platform Sharechat`s parent organization Mohalla Tech is in talks with Google, Temasek and different buyers to close a USD three hundred million investment . The deal is predicted to be done in June.
Mohalla Tech had raised USD 266 million in December 2021 at a valuation of USD 3.7 billion. The business enterprise`s quick video platform Sharechat claims to have around one hundred eighty million monthly user-base.
In February, the business enterprise merged Times Group quick video platform MX Takatak with its Moj platform claiming that Moj and MX TakaTak will create the biggest quick video platform for Indians, wherein the mixed platform may have a hundred million creators, over three hundred million month-to-month lively users (MAU), and almost 250 billion monthly video views.
