Made the recruitment process easier
Zappyhire was founded in 2018 by Deepu Xavier and Jyoti,. Any organization will have their own recruitment methods and hiring needs. They will all be different. Zappyhire starts with the goal of finding a solution to this common problem.
The power of new technology
Zappyhire uses two advanced technologies, namely Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots. It connects the interviewer, the approver, the recruiter, the hiring manager and the candidate with the latest technologies, including chatbot. Therefore, recruitment can be done quickly and efficiently.
Targeting global market
Federal Bank was Sapphire’s first customer. Other banking customers include ISAF.
It also has more than 40 customers in countries including India, US, Europe and the Dominican Republic. Zappyhire has currently taken two rounds of investment. It currently has a team of 34. The team plans to expand its service to other countries in the future.
