Chennai-based Nibav Lifts is one of India’s leading organised home elevator brands, focusing on air-driven and vacuum-based lifts for residential properties. Founded in 2019 by Vimal Babu, the company was started to address demand for compact elevators that require minimal structural changes.
Nibav began with a bootstrapped investment of ₹2 crore and a six-member team. The company now has more than 2,000 employees, over 55 experience centres globally and has served more than 10,000 customers.
The company manufactures its elevators in Chennai and offers models ranging from Series III to Series V Max. Its lifts are designed without a traditional pit or machine room and require minimal civil work. Nibav says installation can typically be completed within 24–48 working hours, depending on the home and customisation requirements.
The company reported revenue of ₹390 crore in 2025, up from ₹90 lakh in its first year of operations in 2019. Its home elevators start at around ₹11.99 lakh in India, with prices varying by model and customisation.
Nibav says it is now expanding its presence across international markets, with a long-term goal of becoming a global home elevator company.
