Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ananth Technologies Private Limited (ATL) to jointly develop and manufacture advanced electronic systems for the defence and aerospace sectors.

The partnership will focus on designing, developing and producing electronic systems and subsystems for applications including missiles, radars, satellites and navigation systems.
The MoU was exchanged in Bengaluru by Anoop Kumar Rai, Director (Marketing) at BEL, and Anurup Pavuluri, Managing Director of ATL, in the presence of Manoj Jain, CMD of BEL. Senior officials from both organisations also attended the signing ceremony.
Through the partnership, BEL and ATL aim to strengthen India’s domestic capabilities in system engineering, electronics manufacturing, system integration, testing and production.
The collaboration is expected to support the development of advanced indigenous technologies while reducing dependence on overseas sources for critical defence and aerospace systems.
The partnership also aligns with India’s broader Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative by promoting domestic research, manufacturing and technology development in strategic sectors.
By combining their technical and manufacturing capabilities, BEL and ATL will work towards building advanced electronic solutions for India’s growing defence and aerospace requirements.
