Mumbai-based edtech startup Klassroom is set to enter the public markets with its SME IPO opening for subscription on July 31, 2026.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹151–159 per share and is targeting a fundraise of around ₹39 crore. The issue will comprise a fresh issue of up to 19.89 lakh shares and an offer for sale of around 4.66 lakh shares.

Klassroom plans to use the IPO proceeds for debt repayment, technology and AI/ML model development, servers and cloud infrastructure, content creation, new offline centres and AI/ML labs, as well as marketing initiatives.
Founded in 2016, the company operates a hybrid learning platform covering K-12 education, competitive examination preparation, professional upskilling and AI/ML learning. It also operates an OTT learning platform and has more than 30 partner centres in Mumbai.
Klassroom claims to have over 6 lakh registered users and 2 lakh paid subscribers. The company reported operating revenue of around ₹23 crore in FY26, while net profit rose to ₹7.6 crore.
The IPO comes as profitable edtech companies increasingly explore public markets, offering investors a new opportunity to participate in India’s evolving digital education sector.
