Adani Airport Holdings Limited’s (AAHL) consumer app, Adani One, has crossed five million members within just 10 months of launching Adani Rewards, making it one of India’s fastest-growing integrated airport loyalty programmes. The programme is now available across all eight AAHL-managed airports spanning seven states, allowing passengers to earn and redeem reward points on shopping, dining, and a range of airport services.

The milestone reflects increasing demand for seamless digital travel experiences that combine convenience with rewards. Through the Adani One app, passengers can access multiple airport services on a single platform while earning loyalty points on everyday transactions within participating airports.
Building on this growth, AAHL plans to introduce a tier-based membership model later this year. The new structure will offer frequent flyers additional privileges, exclusive benefits, and more personalized experiences based on their travel activity and engagement with the platform.
Passengers can enrol in Adani Rewards instantly using their mobile number at the time of purchase. Points earned through eligible transactions can be redeemed for benefits such as complimentary food and beverages, shopping offers, and premium airport experiences through the Adani One app.
The programme has also witnessed strong engagement through seasonal campaigns such as Diwali, Winterfest, and the recently concluded Summer Carnival, which featured exclusive offers and curated experiences for members. These campaigns have contributed significantly to member acquisition and customer engagement.
According to an AAHL spokesperson, the company plans to introduce additional features, expand member benefits, and create more engagement opportunities across its airport network. With airports ranging from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala to Guwahati in Assam, Adani One aims to further strengthen its position as a comprehensive digital platform for airport travellers across India.
