The Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) has launched a ₹99 chicken biryani offer at its hotels, aiming to make quality dining more affordable as restaurant prices continue to rise. The initiative is designed to attract both tourists and local diners looking for value-for-money meals.

Each serving includes 450–500 grams of chicken biryani, accompanied by onion raita and brinjal gravy, offering a complete meal at a budget-friendly price. The offer has already generated significant public interest, with strong response across TTDC outlets.
TTDC says the initiative is part of its efforts to promote tourism while ensuring affordable, quality food for visitors. The corporation has indicated that the offer could be expanded further based on customer response.
