Riafy Technologies, a Kochi-based AI firm, has been recognised as a 2026 Google Cloud Partner of the Year in the Social Impact: Accessibility Innovation category at Google Cloud Next in Las Vegas.

The company’s enterprise platform, R10, is built around AI agents designed to execute tasks rather than simply respond to queries. These agents are now being used across industries including aviation, banking, telecom, automotive, and retail, where they manage end-to-end workflows such as ticket booking, order processing, customer support, and internal operations.
In aviation, Riafy’s system integrated with IndiGo enables users to complete bookings, check-ins, and add-on purchases through a conversational interface. Instead of switching between multiple apps or webpages, users can finish transactions within a single interaction layer.
Similar AI deployments are already in place with companies such as Unilever Lakme, Asian Paints, MG Motor, and Federal Bank, where the focus is on combining customer engagement with backend operational efficiency.
According to the company, R10-powered systems have processed over one trillion tokens in live production environments, reflecting large-scale enterprise adoption.
Riafy CEO and Co-Founder John Mathew said the company’s AI agents running on Google Cloud are now operating across multiple industries at scale. He also noted that as AI becomes more deeply embedded in everyday services, access will depend less on infrastructure and more on how users interact with systems.
He added that in markets like India, where digital adoption is growing but still uneven, the design of user interfaces will play a key role in how effectively people benefit from AI.
Founded in 2013 by John Mathew, Neeraj Manoharan, Joseph Babu, Benny Xavier, Benoy Joseph, and K V Sreenath, Riafy was built with the aim of creating AI systems capable of functioning in real-world conditions at scale, not just controlled environments.
