MapmyIndia, India’s homegrown digital mapping and navigation platform, announced that its address-capturing and lead-discovery tools are now integrated directly into Zoho’s CRM software.

The collaboration between MapmyIndia (also known globally as Mappls) and Chennai-based Zoho Corp is being described as a landmark partnership by both companies.
Rakesh Verma, Co-Founder and Group Chairman of MapmyIndia, said the integration will help Zoho CRM users across India work smarter, improve sales, and keep all data securely within the country. Zoho CEO Mani Vembu added that combining business intelligence with spatial intelligence will give field teams the location-aware insights needed to better serve customers.
With MapmyIndia’s Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder features embedded in Zoho CRM, enterprise clients can verify addresses, visualize customer locations, find potential leads nearby, and optimize sales routes. The platform is entirely powered by MapmyIndia’s indigenous mapping technology, enabling businesses to operate more efficiently and make informed decisions based on location data.
The announcement comes amid a surge in popularity for both Zoho and MapmyIndia in India, driven in part by the government’s push for self-reliance and the adoption of “Made in India” digital services. The move also follows the recent rollout of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Rules, 2025, which could encourage enterprises to rely more on domestically developed mapping and navigation platforms to comply with data localization requirements.
