Flipkart is set to expand its workforce by over 2.2 lakh employees ahead of the festive rush. The hiring drive spans 28 states and aims to strengthen supply chain, delivery, and customer experience operations.

Focus on Diversity and Inclusion
Ten percent of the new roles will be reserved for women, alongside opportunities for specially-abled individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Roles for Freshers
Around 15% of the recruits will be freshers, filling entry-level positions such as pickers, packers, sorters, and delivery executives.
Deployment Across Operations
New hires will work across warehouses, delivery networks, team leadership roles, and customer experience verticals. Flipkart also plans to set up 650 new delivery hubs in tier 2 and 3 cities like Siliguri, Kundli, and Jakhar to improve last-mile connectivity.
Upskilling Through SCOA
The Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) will upskill 10,000 additional associates by the end of 2025. Over 6,000 college students have also been trained in supply chain operations through a combination of classroom and digital learning.
