Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has reported a record annual turnover of ₹6,400 crore for FY 2025–26, marking a significant rise from ₹5,076 crore in the previous fiscal year.
The strong financial performance reflects the company’s growing role in India’s defence manufacturing sector and its ability to execute large-scale shipbuilding projects efficiently.

During the year, GRSE also delivered eight vessels to the Indian Navy, including advanced frigates, survey ships, and anti-submarine warfare crafts, significantly boosting maritime capabilities.
Notably, the shipyard achieved a rare milestone by delivering three warships on a single day, showcasing its operational strength and production efficiency.
The company also declared an interim dividend of 129%, reflecting improved profitability and strong cash flows compared to the previous year.
With a robust order book and ongoing projects, GRSE continues to play a crucial role in strengthening India’s naval power while contributing to the country’s push for defence self-reliance.
