Naturals Salon & Spa has rolled out a new “Customer First” membership programme for 2026, calling it a disruptive, customer-centric offering aimed at delivering more value while remaining affordable. Announcing the initiative, C.K. Kumaravel, CEO and Co-founder of Naturals Salon, said the programme is designed to reward loyal customers and make premium grooming services easier to access.

Under the offer, customers who pay ₹20,000 will receive salon services worth ₹30,000, delivering 50% additional value. The membership can be used across 900+ Naturals Salons nationwide, with all outlets accepting the programme without restrictions.
The membership also allows customers to pre-register up to four family members, enabling shared usage across any participating salon. Valid for one full year, the programme offers added flexibility for families and frequent users.
To make the offer easier on the pocket, Naturals has introduced an EMI option, where customers pay ₹2,000 upfront, followed by nine monthly installments of ₹2,000. Kumaravel described it as “easy on the pocket and big on value.”
The “Customer First” membership will be limited to 100 customers per salon, making it a time-bound and exclusive offer. It will be available from January 14 and remain open until the first week of February.
Customers can avail the membership at Naturals Salon, Naturals Signature, and Nails & Beyond, the brand’s nail-exclusive outlets. In addition to in-store purchases, the offer is also available online at www.naturals.in/cards.
