Raihan Vadra, son of Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi and businessman Robert Vadra, is now engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Aviva Baig, according to NDTV. The couple, who have been dating for seven years, exchanged rings with the approval of both families.
The engagement is set to be celebrated with a larger ceremony at Ranthambore in Rajasthan on Wednesday, December 31. The wedding is expected to take place in the coming months. Both families are reportedly close, with Aviva and her family based in Delhi.

Aviva completed her bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication from OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat. She attended Delhi’s Modern School on Barakhamba Road and studied humanities in Class 12.

Raihan Rajiv Vadra, also 25, is focused on art and photography rather than politics. Encouraged by his mother, Priyanka Gandhi, he pursued his passion for photography from a young age, sharing this interest with his late grandfather, former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
Raihan describes himself as a visual artist and curator on his website, raihanrvadra.com, with work spanning wildlife, street, and commercial photography. His solo exhibitions include Dark Perception (2021), The India Story in Kolkata, and Anumana (2022). He also co-founded the independent art collective You Cannot Miss This, which features multimedia works by various artists.
Raihan completed his schooling at The Doon School in Dehradun and pursued higher education in politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London. Despite his family’s political background, he prefers to remain outside the public political spotlight.
