Parveen Hafeez, Managing Director of Sunrise Hospitals, shared her journey and insights on balancing personal life, professional growth, and social responsibility. Growing up in a progressive Malabari Muslim family in Kerala with five brothers, she was encouraged to pursue her ambitions without restrictions. Hafeez described her strong affinity for people, particularly women and children, and how she finds purpose in making others happy.

She reflected on her education, sports, and early exposure to responsibility, highlighting the importance of self-confidence and perseverance. Hafeez also discussed her partnership with her husband, Dr. Hafeez, emphasizing teamwork, mutual respect, and shared responsibilities in family and work life. She advised young women to embrace opportunities, pursue education, leverage mentorship, and develop patience and resilience. Hafeez stressed the significance of healthy competition, self-love, and maintaining excitement and balance in both personal and professional spheres.
