She Power 2025, ChannelIAM’s flagship women-empowerment summit, concluded at The Renai Cochin, Kochi, bringing together over 200 women participants and 20+ speakers for a day centred on financial independence, technology, wellness, and entrepreneurship.

Inaugurating the summit, Kerala Finance Minister K. N. Balagopal said Kerala has the potential to achieve development growth comparable to global benchmarks such as Singapore. He highlighted how work-from-home and work-near-home models are encouraging more women to step into entrepreneurship, with sectors like food processing and apparel seeing strong momentum in the State.
The one-day conclave was designed to equip women with practical skills to navigate a rapidly changing world. Sessions focused on money management, safe investing, artificial intelligence, cyber security, women’s wellness, and scalable business ideas, offering real-world takeaways rather than theory.
Health and wellness discussions were led by Parveen Hafeez, MD of Sunrise Hospital, and Dr. Ranjini Raghavan, who addressed physical and mental well-being, hygiene, and the importance of personal boundaries in the digital age.
Financial literacy and investment planning were covered by Alex Babu, CMD of Hedge Equities, Kiran Riyaz, and Axis Bank representatives Baishakhi Banerjee and Saandeep Agarwal, who emphasised disciplined savings and informed decision-making.
Technology and digital safety formed a major pillar of the summit. Dr. Pattathil Dhanya Menon, a cybersecurity expert, shared insights on identifying online fraud and protecting personal data, while Jayakumar Mohanachandran, CEO of F9 Infotech, and Rajesh Vikraman discussed practical cyber risk mitigation strategies.
Entrepreneurship and leadership sessions featured C.K. Kumaravel, CMD of Naturals Salon, who spoke on building a women-led brand at scale, and Shijo K. Thomas, Founder of Oxygen, who highlighted the role of mentorship and networks in business growth. Deepu Xavier, Co-Founder of ZappyHire, showcased how AI tools can enhance productivity and career advancement, while Blaise Noronha, Founder and CEO of Mercato Minds, presented future-ready, low-investment business ideas for women.
A fireside chat featuring singer Abhaya Hiranmayi and journalist Lakshmi Padma added a personal and reflective dimension, resonating strongly with the audience.
Speaking on the vision behind the initiative, ChannelIAM Founder Nisha Krishnan said She Power was designed to be equally relevant for professionals, entrepreneurs, and homemakers. “The goal is to offer skills women can use immediately, whether in managing money, embracing technology, or building confidence,” she said.
The fourth edition of She Power reaffirmed ChannelIAM’s commitment to delivering action-oriented platforms that combine knowledge, community, and opportunity. As the summit concluded, the message was clear: empowered women are central to shaping resilient economies and inclusive growth.
