Vani Aims to Redefine Team Collaboration
According to Sridhar Vembu, Co-founder of Zoho, Vani represents years of research and development and is already being adopted by customers who “love it.” He describes Vani as an all-in-one, visual-first intelligent platform that encourages creativity and streamlines team workflows. Currently available on desktop and browser, mobile support will follow in due course.
What Vani Offers
Vani is designed to move teams away from static applications toward dynamic, value-driven workspaces. It combines brainstorming, planning, and innovation on a single shared infinite canvas. Users can access tools such as whiteboards, flowcharts, diagrams, mind mapping, and video calling, while integrating existing data from desktop, cloud drives, and spreadsheets.
Key Features of Vani
- Space and Zone Model: Organizes complex projects with an overarching Space and sub-canvases (Zones) for contributors, functions, or project phases.
- Templates and Kits: Provides a library of ready-made templates to accelerate workflow.
- Mind Mapping Tools: Allows teams to visually structure and connect ideas quickly.
- AI Integration: AI capabilities generate content, create structured visuals like flowcharts, and summarize work across Zones, enhancing productivity and focus.
