Roshni Nadar, Chairperson of HCL Technologies, has emerged as India’s richest woman, according to the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2025, released Wednesday. Making her debut on the list, she and her family secured the third spot with a combined wealth of ₹2.84 lakh crore. This is the first time a woman has entered the top three positions of the ranking. At 44, Nadar is also the youngest among the top 10 names.

The Hurun list noted, “For the first time, a woman entered the Top 3 of the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2025 — Roshni Nadar debuted at No. 3, symbolising the multi-generational power of tech-driven wealth.” Nadar, a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, has expanded HCL’s global presence while consolidating its position as a leading IT services company.
