Kerala Innovation Festival 2025: A decade of driving change and innovation
Kochi is gearing up for the second edition of the Kerala Innovation Festival (KIF), an initiative of the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM). Scheduled for July 25 and 26 at the KSUM headquarters, the festival promises to be a vibrant hub of ideas, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy.
This year’s theme, “Innovate the Future, Celebrate the Decade,” celebrates KSUM’s 10th anniversary and its remarkable journey of supporting over 6,500 startups and facilitating investments worth more than ₹6,000 crore in Kerala’s startup ecosystem.
A platform for creators, innovators, and change-makers
KIF 2025 will host over 10,000 participants, including startups, students, innovators, investors, and policymakers. Actor Nivin Pauly, who launched the official website, has already boosted the festival’s appeal among the youth.
The event will focus on five key areas: sustainability, creative economy, maker movement, youth entrepreneurship, and global collaboration. With 14 diverse programmes and workshops planned, the festival will foster collaboration and spark conversations that shape the future of entrepreneurship in the state.
Celebrating past successes and inspiring future growth
The Kerala Innovation Festival is both a celebration of the state’s thriving startup ecosystem and a launchpad for the next wave of innovation. As Kerala positions itself as a leading destination for startups and entrepreneurs, KIF 2025 stands as a testament to a decade of impact and a vision for the future.
