Dreamloop.ai secured the 2nd Runner-Up position at Eureka GCC 2025, a leading startup competition in Asia that saw participation from over 400 startups. The event was held in Dubai and brought together top innovators from the Gulf region and beyond.

No-Code Gaming Platform Max2D Gains Global Attention
Dreamloop.ai stood out for its AI-powered no-code game development platform, Max2D, which allows users to create mobile games without writing any code. Available on the Google Play Store, the app has gained over 3.4 million users across age groups, from children as young as 10 to adults over 50. The platform reflects Dreamloop’s mission to democratize mobile game creation for everyone.
International Recognition and Prize Distribution
The award was presented to Dreamloop CEO Rahul A.R. by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence. The ceremony was also attended by Sunjay Sudhir, Indian Ambassador to the UAE, and GII Co-Founder Pankaj Gupta. Rahul expressed gratitude to the organizers and highlighted Dreamloop’s plans to introduce game development education in UAE schools.

Diverse Participation and Final Showcase
Startups from the UK, Turkey, Jordan, India, Pakistan, and various Gulf countries competed in Eureka GCC 2025. Thirty ventures, including Dreamloop, were selected for an entrepreneurial training programme. Dreamloop reached the final round, competing against ten standout startups for the top honors.
