Among the many dog breeds worldwide, some stand out for their rarity and high price, attracting pet enthusiasts and collectors. One such extraordinary canine is Cadabom Okami, a wolf-dog hybrid that has become the most expensive dog in the world. A Unique and Powerful Breed
Cadabom Okami is a cross between a wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd, giving it a striking appearance and an imposing build. At just eight months old, the dog already weighs 75 kilograms and stands 30 inches tall. Its dietary needs are just as impressive, requiring three kilograms of raw chicken daily.

This rare breed has gained celebrity status, often appearing at high-profile events where eager crowds gather to catch a glimpse. Known as the first of its kind, Cadabom Okami is a unique mix of a pure wolf and a white shepherd, making it one of the rarest and most sought-after dogs in the world.
The New Owner: S. Satish
The proud new owner of Cadabom Okami is S. Satish, a 51-year-old dog breeder from Bengaluru, India. Satish is well-known for his extensive collection of over 150 rare dog breeds and serves as the President of the Indian Dog Breeders Association.
Okami was born in the United States and was sold to Satish in February 2025 through an Indian broker. Satish expressed his excitement about the purchase, highlighting Okami’s wolf-like appearance and the fact that such a breed had never been available for sale before, making it incredibly rare.
A passionate dog lover, Satish enjoys introducing unique breeds to India and was willing to invest an astounding ₹50 crore to bring Okami home.
Origin of the Breed
Cadabom Okami’s lineage traces back to the Caucasian Shepherd, a strong and thick-coated breed native to Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and parts of Russia. Traditionally used to guard livestock from predators like wolves, these dogs are highly valued for their protective instincts and immense strength.

S. Satish has transformed Okami into a major attraction, featuring the dog at film premieres and exclusive events. The wolf-dog hybrid has already become a viral sensation in Karnataka, with videos of Okami walking down red carpets garnering millions of views online.
To showcase Okami at events, Satish charges premium fees:
