Shah Rukh Khan has rented two luxury duplex apartments in the upscale Pali Hill area of Khar, Mumbai, for ₹8.67 crore over three years. These apartments are part of the Puja Casa building and span multiple floors, including the first, second, seventh, and eighth.

Deal Details and Costs
One duplex is rented from actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh for ₹11.54 lakh per month, with a security deposit of ₹32.97 lakh. The second duplex, owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani, has been leased for ₹12.61 lakh per month with a ₹36 lakh security deposit. The agreements were registered on February 14, 2025, with a stamp duty of ₹2.22 lakh and a registration fee of ₹2,000.

Mannat’s Expansion Plans
In December 2024, Gauri Khan applied to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two more floors to the six-story annexe behind their iconic bungalow, Mannat, in Bandra. The proposed expansion would increase the built-up area by 616.02 square meters.
Redevelopment of Carter Road Property
Shah Rukh Khan also owns a sea-facing apartment in the Shree Amrit CHSL building on Carter Road, Mumbai. The society is considering redevelopment, with plans outlined in a tender document floated in July 2024. The plot covers over 4,000 square meters, with existing buildings occupying more than 45,000 square feet. Society members are reportedly in talks with real estate developers for the project.
