Raymond Lifestyle Ltd. has announced the resignation of Sunil Kataria as Managing Director and Board Member, as he seeks to pursue personal aspirations outside the company. The Board has accepted his resignation and will initiate the process to appoint a new CEO.
Sunil Kataria’s New Role at Godrej Agrovet
Kataria has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director-designate of Godrej Agrovet, effective May 5, 2025. He is set to assume the role officially from September 1, 2025, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
Leadership Transition and Continuity at Raymond Lifestyle
Until a successor is appointed, the company’s senior management team, led by Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania, will manage the company’s operations.
