Dubai's Tallest Wellbeing Resort Coming Soon

Dubai is set to welcome Therme Dubai, the world’s tallest wellbeing resort, by 2028. Located in Zabeel Park, the 500,000-square-foot facility will stand 100 meters tall and is expected to attract 1.7 million visitors annually. The project aligns with the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aiming to make Dubai the best place to live, work, and visit.

Luxury, Wellness, and Entertainment Combined

Therme Dubai will be developed in partnership with Therme Group, a global leader in wellness infrastructure. The resort will offer a unique mix of relaxation, leisure, family entertainment, and healthcare services. Notable attractions include Michelin-star dining, 18-meter waterfalls, and the world’s largest indoor botanical garden.

A Commitment to Sustainability

Sustainability is at the core of this project. The resort will recycle 90% of its water and meet 80% of its cooling needs with clean energy. The botanical garden will support urban biodiversity, featuring over 200 plant species from around the world.

Boosting Dubai’s Medical and Wellbeing Tourism

Therme Dubai will play a key role in Dubai’s medical tourism sector, offering various health and wellness services. By integrating holistic experiences, it aims to enhance both physical and mental well-being for visitors and residents alike.

Part of Dubai’s Growth Strategy

The project supports the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which focuses on creating vibrant, healthy communities. With an investment of $544 million (AED 2 billion), Therme Dubai is expected to attract global companies and foreign investments, further strengthening Dubai’s economy.
