Kerala has a deep-rooted culinary tradition. This influenced Fazal Rahman’s decision to step into the food industry as an entrepreneur. His experience in the Gulf gave him insights into business operations, planning, organizing, and resource management. How ‘Grill & Chill’ Got Its Name

Starting a multi-cuisine restaurant is challenging. To minimize risks, Fazal began with a limited menu. During his time in the Gulf, he became well-known among family and friends for his expertise in making grilled chicken. This inspired the core concept of his restaurant, grilled food. To add a catchy twist, he combined ‘Grill’ with ‘Chill,’ giving birth to Grill & Chill.

Like any new business, Grill & Chill faced its share of challenges in the beginning. However, Fazal tackled them through strategic planning, branding, and interior design. He was personally involved in every detail, from the logo to the overall restaurant experience.

The success of Grill & Chill lies in its happy customers. The business caters to two major groups, regular diners and franchise buyers. Fazal ensures that both categories receive top-notch service, making customer satisfaction the brand’s biggest strength.
