Despite facing financial challenges that led to an auction, it was eventually acquired by Honest Shelter Private Limited, the new promoters of the project.

In 2013, a flat in Palais Royale was priced at Rs 27 crore. Today, the cost of the most affordable flat in India’s tallest building is approximately Rs 40 crore. This steep price reflects the exclusivity and luxury of the residence within this towering architectural feat.
