Dubai residents now have a seamless and secure way to report economic crimes and violations through the Dubai Now platform. The new feature, introduced by the Economic Security Center of Dubai, aims to strengthen community involvement in protecting the city’s economy and security.
New Real Estate Services through Dubai Now
On Wednesday, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced the launch of three essential real estate services on the Dubai Now platform. These services include:
- Property Status Inquiry: This service allows users to instantly access detailed property information by entering relevant details.
- Ownership Certificate Request: Users can now apply for a certificate that details their property holdings.
- Property Valuation Request: This service streamlines the process of submitting requests for property valuations, speeding up the entire procedure.
Madinati Service for Public Reporting
In addition to these services, Dubai Now introduced the Madinati feature last month, allowing residents and visitors to easily report issues such as broken roads, fallen trees, and other obstacles. By uploading photos of the problems, users can quickly inform the relevant authorities for prompt action.
These additions to the Dubai Now platform highlight the city’s commitment to enhancing digital services and ensuring residents’ active participation in maintaining public safety and infrastructure.
