Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are relishing their journey into parenthood following the arrival of their first child, a baby girl, in September. The couple, who married in 2018, announced their daughter’s birth on September 8 via a heartfelt joint post on social media.
A Luxurious Addition to Their Collection
Recently, the couple made headlines again with the addition of a brand-new Range Rover to their impressive car collection, valued at approximately Rs 4.74 crore. A video showcasing their luxurious vehicle parked outside their residence has circulated online, receiving numerous congratulatory messages from fans. This marks the fourth car in Ranveer’s collection featuring the unique ‘6969’ number plate.
Navigating Parenthood and Career
While embracing their new roles, Ranveer and Deepika have been open about the challenges they face. During her Live Love Laugh lecture series, Deepika discussed how lack of sleep and burnout have affected her, particularly regarding her decision-making abilities. She expressed, “On days when I feel stressed or burned out from sleeplessness or neglecting self-care, I notice it impacts my choices.”
Ranveer’s Solo Appearances
At the trailer launch event for Singham Again, Ranveer explained that Deepika was unable to attend due to her responsibilities with the baby. He humorously noted, “My baby duties are for the night.” He also revealed that Singham Again marks their daughter’s debut, stating, “Along with all the stars in the film, you’ll see our baby Simmba making her debut because Deepika was pregnant during the shoot.”
Exciting Film Release Ahead
On the professional front, both Ranveer and Deepika are preparing for the release of Singham Again, scheduled to hit theatres this Diwali. The film features an ensemble cast, including Arjun Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar. Deepika will portray Shakti Shetty, known as Lady Singham, making it her first film since the birth of their daughter.
