T. S. Kalyanaraman, the chairman and managing director of Kalyan Jewellers and Kalyan Developers, has made an extraordinary addition to his luxury car collection. The Kerala-based businessman has purchased three Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUVs, a move that has caught attention in both India and abroad. This includes two regular models and one Black Badge version, marking the first Black Badge Cullinan in Kerala.

A Look at the SUVs

The Cullinan Black Badge comes in a striking Magma Red shade, while the regular versions feature Midnight Sapphire and Diamond Black colors. The Black Badge variant is not only more powerful but also comes with a higher price tag, starting at Rs 10 crore (ex-showroom), compared to the regular version, priced at Rs 6.95 crore. These luxury SUVs are powered by a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged petrol engine, delivering 569 bhp and 850 Nm of torque, with the Black Badge providing an additional 29 PS and 50 Nm.

Luxury Beyond Cars

Kalyanaraman’s love for luxury extends beyond cars. He also owns three Rolls-Royce sedans, including a Phantom Series I and two Phantom Series II models. Additionally, his fleet includes a private Embraer Legacy 650 jet worth Rs 178 crore and a Bell 427 helicopter worth Rs 48 crore.

Other Cullinan Owners in India

T. S. Kalyanaraman is not the only prominent figure to own multiple Cullinan SUVs in India. Businessmen like M.A. Yusuf Ali and Bollywood celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Bhushan Kumar are also part of the exclusive group of Rolls-Royce Cullinan owners.
