The AI system behind this service is designed to select the best tax regime for each user, potentially helping them save more on their taxes. To use the service, taxpayers need to save the ClearTax WhatsApp number and initiate a conversation by typing “Hi.” They can then select their preferred language and provide their PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account information as prompted. Users can easily upload images or send audio and text messages to submit the necessary documents.
Following the AI bot’s step-by-step instructions, users can fill out the ITR 1 or ITR 4 forms. Once the pre-filled form is reviewed and any necessary changes are made, users can confirm their details. The process concludes with a secure payment directly through WhatsApp, after which a confirmation message with the acknowledgment number is sent to the user.
