Khrisha Shah, hailing from Mumbai, is the youngest child of Neelam and Nikunj Shah. She pursued Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics and holds a degree in Political Economics from the University of California.
Entrepreneurial Journey
After a stint at Accenture in the UK, Khrisha returned to India driven by entrepreneurial ambitions. She founded Dysco, a social network firm emphasising “Creative Collaboration, International Networking, and Community Building.” Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, she initiated the #Lovenotfea campaign to spotlight mental health issues.
Family Background
Nikunj Shah, Khrisha’s late father, was the chairman of Nikunj Enterprises in Mumbai until his passing in 2021. He also oversaw SVS Aqua Technology, notable for a manufacturing fire in Pune. Following his demise, Khrisha’s brother Mishal assumed leadership of the family business. Neelam Shah, Khrisha’s mother, re-entered the fashion industry alongside her daughter Nriti after a 25-year hiatus.
Social Work and Advocacy
Khrisha is not only an entrepreneur but also a committed social worker and mental health advocate. Her #LOVEnotfear campaign aims to foster cultural awareness and mental health dialogue, promoting values of love, hope, peace, and unity.
