Aftab Shivdasani, a name once synonymous with Bollywood hits like ‘Hungama,’ ‘Grand Masti,’ ‘Great Grand Masti,’ and ‘Kya Kool Hain Hum,’ has had a dynamic career marked by both success and challenges. Born in June 1978 in Mumbai, Aftab’s entry into the film industry began at a tender age. As a child artist, he made a memorable debut in the iconic film ‘Mr India’ starring Anil Kapoor. He further showcased his talent by playing the younger version of Amitabh Bachchan in the 1988 film ‘Shahenshah.’

Aftab’s breakthrough as a leading actor came with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Mast,’ where he starred opposite Urmila Matondkar. The film’s success catapulted him into the limelight, earning him a spot among Bollywood’s promising actors. Despite a string of initial hits, his career trajectory faced turbulence, resulting in a series of flops. According to Box Office India, Aftab has experienced approximately 40 unsuccessful films, a testament to the unpredictable nature of the industry.

Nevertheless, Aftab Shivdasani’s resilience and versatility have kept him in the public eye. Though he has had fewer acting roles in recent years, he has ventured into production and other events, maintaining a robust presence in the entertainment sector. His production house and event participation contribute significantly to his earnings, reportedly around Rs 3 crore per year.

Aftab’s personal life reflects his stable and luxurious lifestyle. Married to Nin Dusanj since June 2014, the couple welcomed their daughter Nevaeh in 2020. Despite stepping back from frequent film appearances, Aftab enjoys a comfortable life, owning an opulent apartment in Mumbai and a fleet of luxury cars, including an Audi RS 5 and a BMW X6.

His estimated net worth stands at an impressive Rs 51 crore, underscoring his successful ventures beyond acting. As for his current and upcoming projects, Aftab continues to explore opportunities in both acting and production. His latest endeavor includes a role in an anticipated web series, marking his foray into digital entertainment. Additionally, he is involved in several production projects set to release in the coming years, reflecting his enduring commitment to the film industry.

Aftab Shivdasani’s journey, marked by iconic performances and strategic career moves, exemplifies the resilience required to navigate the highs and lows of Bollywood.
