Zlakto Plenkovic, a 44-year-old yacht captain from Split, Croatia, clinched the coveted US$1 million prize in Millennium Millionaire Series 456 with ticket number 0203, which he purchased online on March 25. Plenkovic’s win marks a historic moment as the first Croatian national to claim victory in the Millennium Millionaire promotion since its inception in 1999. Overjoyed by his unexpected windfall, he expressed his disbelief and gratitude, describing the win as a dream come true.
Joining Plenkovic in the league of millionaires is Soham Dudeja, a 36-year-old Indian automotive sales executive residing in Dubai. Dudeja’s winning ticket, number 1115 from Millennium Millionaire Series 457, was purchased online on April 3. After two decades of participation in the Millennium Millionaire promotion, Dudeja’s perseverance paid off as he finally secured the coveted prize. Thrilled by his long-awaited victory, he eagerly anticipated sharing the news with his family.
The draw, conducted by Dubai Duty Free’s top executives, saw Sayyad Gooraby Hamid, a 61-year-old Iranian businessman living in Nagoya, Japan, claim a luxurious Mercedes Benz S500 in the Finest Surprise Series 1875. Expressing his elation, Hamid regarded winning the prestigious car as a milestone and eagerly anticipated his visit to Dubai to collect his prize.
In the realm of motorbikes, Firoj Mulani, a 39-year-old Indian resident in Dubai, celebrated winning a BMW R 1250 RS in the Finest Surprise Series 575, his first-ever ticket purchase, made on March 23. Equally delighted was Muhamed Salih, a 36-year-old Indian living in Sharjah, who secured an Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100 in the Finest Surprise Series 576 with his ticket purchased on April 4. Completing the winners’ circle was Jaefar Sareef, an Indian resident in the UAE, who scored a BMW R 1250 GS Adventure through an online purchase on April 12.
