Anant Vilas Hotel
This upcoming property is situated in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). It is part of the luxury ‘Vilas’ portfolio managed by Oberoi. Anant Vilas aims to offer an iconic luxury experience for discerning visitors in the bustling business district of BKC. This property seeks to enhance the hotel offerings in the area, which is becoming a mixed-use destination with various amenities and attractions.
Stoke Park
Located in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire in the UK, Stoke Park Limited is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited. It owns sports and leisure facilities, including a hotel, sports amenities, and a highly-rated golf course. Oberoi Hotels will collaborate with Reliance Industries to upgrade and transform these facilities into an iconic world-class destination, providing an exceptional experience for guests. Comprehensive plans for the upgrade, including golf and other sports facilities, are in the works.
Unannounced Project in Gujarat
Reliance and Oberoi are also working on an iconic hotel project in the state of Gujarat. This project aims to contribute to the tourism potential of the region and is currently under implementation.
