Dubai is home to the biggest residential tower in the world with 81 floors and 1,701 housing units in Dubai’s Habtoor tower. The Habtoor Tower is being constructed in the Business Bay neighborhood, next to the Dubai International Financial Center, and on Sheikh Zayed Road facing the Burj Khalifa. The 3,517,313 square foot new tower, which is being constructed in Al Habtoor City, will be completed in 36 months.
