Swagat has enhanced quality of life and widened the scope of Government: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the Swagat online platform for its role in improving the living conditions of Indian citizens and expanding the reach of Government services. Swagat is an online grievance redressal system that enables citizens to submit complaints and feedback directly to Government officials.

In his remarks, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the crucial role that Swagat has played in promoting transparency and accountability in Government operations. By providing a direct line of communication between citizens and Government officials, Swagat has helped to eliminate bureaucratic inefficiencies and streamline the process of addressing citizen grievances.

Moreover, the Prime Minister highlighted that the Swagat platform has helped to promote a more citizen-centric approach to Governance by enabling people to actively participate in the decision-making process. This, in turn, has encouraged a culture of accountability and responsiveness among Government officials and has led to improved delivery of public services.

Prime Minister Modi’s remarks highlight the critical role that technology and online platforms can play in improving Governance and promoting citizen engagement in India. By making the Government more accessible and responsive to the needs of citizens, platforms like Swagat can help to build trust and confidence in the Government among ordinary people.

Swagat’s success in improving the lives of Indian citizens and promoting better Governance is a testament to the power of technology to drive positive change in society. As India continues to embrace digital transformation, it is likely that we will see more innovative platforms like Swagat emerge to address the complex challenges facing the country and help to build a brighter future for all citizens.
