Global Village, Dubai’s cosmopolitan attraction, will formally close its 27th season on April 29. As the park closes this month, visitors can take advantage of extended Ramadan hours until 2 a.m. daily. The renowned tourist location features a Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, an ice rink, a floating market, dining options, rides, arcade games, and more.
Majlis of the World has returned for the Ramadan season, where guests can purchase Iftaar or Suhoor meals or bring food from any of the park’s 200+ sites to enjoy in the unique setting.
There is also Ramadan-themed entertainment at the majlis, including oud, qanun, harp, and cello performers, a traditional Tannoura dancer, and a close-up magician. Originally scheduled to run until April 23, 2023, the dates have been pushed back one week to April 29. Allowing visitors to enjoy the destination throughout the anticipated Eid Al-Fitr holiday weekend.
Earlier this year, Arabian Business stated that Ronaldo’s ‘Money Legs’ were on exhibit at the Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum in Global Village. The museum’s main attraction is a reproduction of Al Nassr’s legs constructed of over $100,000 in shredded money.
