A gaming experience shop has been launched by Dell Technologies and Alienware in India. The architectural idea of the shop, which is situated in Delhi’s Nehru Place, embodies Dell and Alienware’s key values of innovation, community development, and connection by giving gamers an immersive experience. The store is anticipated to operate as a gathering place for gamers and enthusiasts to socialise and play games on the newest Dell gadgets.
The shop contains sections for product demonstration and experience, an esports game part with a peripheral and accessories sector, and other areas for creating an immersive gaming environment for customers.
In order to produce a customer experience solution, the IT firm WebEngage teamed up with Liferay, which creates an enterprise-level, cloud-powered digital experience platform (DXP). Through the collaborative adoption of WebEngage and Liferay technologies, the two enterprises will collaborate to deliver a bespoke, 360-degree digital transformation solution to corporate organisations in India.
Organisations have access to the personalization engine, omnichannel campaign orchestration capabilities, and customer data and analytics platform through WebEngage’s tech stack, which enables them to eliminate silos and enhance the customer journey. They may quickly bring customised solutions to market using the Liferay platform, such as contemporary websites and secure portals for clients, partners, workers, or suppliers.
To introduce its products to the Indian market, security intelligence solution vendor Securonix has partnered with ValuePoint Systems, an Indian supplier of IT services.
