OnePlus is preparing to release its upcoming smartphone, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, in India, which will be available for purchase through Amazon.in. The company has already disclosed details regarding the battery and camera specifications, including a 108MP sensor, marking the first time the feature is included in an OnePlus phone. The company is also working on the OnePlus Nord 3, which is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2023. Recently, the smartphone was listed on a certification website, revealing its model number for the first time. The upcoming Nord 3 has also been listed on various certification websites, including BIS.
Before this, the IMDA certification disclosed the model number for the future Nord 3 smartphone will be CPH2493. According to the IMDA certification, the gadget would feature 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Using the same model number, the gadget has been listed in TUV, China Quality Certification Center (CQC), and Indian BIS certifications. Also, the smartphone would enable 80W rapid charging technology, according to the CQC certification. The smartphone launch in India is about to happen, according to the listing in BIS. Prior to this, MySmartPrice was the only site to exclusively disclose the upcoming device’s launch date and technical details. The OnePlus North 3 is expected to go on sale in India and other international regions by the end of June or the beginning of July 2023.
According to a tip, OnePlus planned to rename the OnePlus Ace 2V smartphone the Nord 3 for International markets. The OnePlus Ace 2V’s specifications match those that have been leaked by our source. The primary camera and display size differ in a few minor ways. With an FHD+ resolution, the smartphone’s 6.72-inch AMOLED display would be equipped.
The display will have Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 4nm-processed MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset for the Nord 3 smartphone underneath. The chipset will work with up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. OnePlus would install OxygenOS 13, an Android-based operating system, on the phone based on Android 13 out of the box.
The Nord 3 is expected to include a triple back camera configuration with LED flash in terms of optics. With the Ace 2V, a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture would be installed in place of a 64MP sensor. The primary sensor would be accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor.
The 16MP selfie camera would be placed in the center of the display through a punch-hole. The smartphone would be powered by a huge 5000 mAh battery and supported by 80W SuperVOOC rapid charging technology. As the OnePlus Nord 2T has an alert slider, OnePlus will also include one with the OnePlus Nord 3 phone.
