The Good Glamm Group and actor Akshay Kumar have formed a joint venture to enter the men’s personal care and wellness market. As part of the agreement, both the company and Kumar will introduce a men’s direct-to-consumer personal care line.
The two parties will jointly invest money and labour to expand the firm. The arrangement will benefit the Group’s sister companies in the content and commerce sectors to increase income for the impending platform.
The new brand will also make use of its offline distribution network and resource pool to expand. Goods with highly innovative formulas made of active, natural, and effective components will be created by the Group according to Akshay Kumar.
The Good Brands Co., The Good Media Co., the influencer vertical, and The Good Creator Co. and the Good Community serve as the Group’s four main verticals.
MyGlamm, POPxo, and BabyChakra, which combined in September 2021 and changed the name to The Good Glamm Group, are the Group’s three platforms.
