At the 22nd International ODR (online dispute resolution) Forum meet in Bangalore, Jupitice, one of India’s top JusTech companies, unveiled the artificial intelligence-powered chatbot Saya. Among those in attendance were Amitabh Kant, a former CEO of the NITI Aayog, and Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys.

Almost 250 specialists from diverse sectors attended the 22nd International ODR Conference, which was held on March 17 and 18 at the National Centre for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR). Kant, Nilekani, Pramod Rao, Ethan Katsh, and Colin Rule, the CEO of Odr.com, were among the attendees at the conference in addition to Kant.

Kant stated during the conversation that “ODR would enable access to justice and ease of doing business by making dispute resolution cheaper, faster, and most crucially, equally credible as conventional means.”

Jupitice, the first and only Justice Technology (JusTech) firm in the world, demonstrated their UN-based ODR platform that is driven by AI and Blockchain at the conference. The company also unveiled SAYA, an innovative AI chatbot that serves as a digital legal assistant and helps customers handle their legal problems while also providing answers to all questions. According to a formal announcement, it would enable users to make better judgments and to arrange sessions in accordance with availability.

“We are squandering our data when it is dispersed across third parties. In order to develop good policies and legislative revisions, we need to identify the underlying causes and conduct a root-cause analysis of the data. We should have technology that can assist the judiciary, the quasi-judiciary, the group-wide local justice system, and of course the ODR “explained Jupitice’s CEO and creator, Raman Aggarwal.

The International ODR Forum, which is held annually in different parts of the world and shows how ODR is being used there, is the top global networking platform for the ODR community. Jupitice, on the other hand, claims to have designed and developed the World’s First Justice Technology Platform, focusing on foundational digital infrastructure and capabilities that enable the creation of an infinite number of solutions and services to deliver.
