The X 350, Harley-latest Davidson’s entry-level motorbike, has finally been launched in China after much anticipation and leaks. All of the information regarding the bike, which was developed in partnership with China’s QJ Motors, have appeared on Harley-Chinese Davidson’s website.
The X 350 appears to be influenced on the Sportster XR1200X, which is no longer available in India. While the circular LED headlight and offset, single-pod console is evocative of the TVS Ronin, the fuel tank and tail are identical to the XR1200. The teardrop-shaped tank has sharp edges that complement the long and stubby tail portion. Overall, the bike is intriguing in the photos. While the motorcycle’s comprehensive feature list is not yet public, the bike is definitely fitted with LED lights all around, and the instrument cluster should also be totally digital.
- The X350 is propelled by a 353cc liquid cool inline motor with 36bhp and 31Nm of torque.
- The engine is paired to a 6-speed transmission.
- The X350 has a length of 2,110mm, a wheelbase of 1,410mm, a seat height of 817mm, and a ground clearance of 185mm.
- The vintage motorbike weights 195kg and has a gasoline tank capacity of 13.5 litres.
- It rides on Pirelli Angel ST tyres with 120/70R17 front wheel measurements and 160/60R17 rear wheel dimensions on 17-inch alloy wheels.
Although the Chinese pricing of the X 350 is not listed on Harley-official Davidson’s website, one online outlet claims it costs 33,388 Yuan (Rs 3.93 lakh). Although its India debut has not been formally confirmed, we anticipate it will arrive this year with an ex-showroom price tag of less than Rs 3.50 lakh. If and when the Harley-Davidson X350 arrives in India, it will compete with the Royal Enfield 350 series, Honda CB350RS, and Jawa Perak.
