The first digital phone line for small and medium-sized businesses (SME) in India, the “Heyo Phone,” was launched on Wednesday, according to the cloud-based communication startup MyOperator.
The digital phone line will enable all small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their client interactions via call and WhatsApp chat, a service provided through a single business number, according to the company’s official statement.
It was also mentioned that the Heyo number simply needs digital Aadhar authentication and may be activated in under a minute. Following activation, a cost-effective link is made between a single number and numerous employees.
Heyo’s goal is to simplify business operations and consumer interactions while empowering independent contractors, small- and mid-market retailers, and traders. To interact with more than 65 million customers and businesses online using a single number and dashboard.
When compared to the USD 40 billion global industry, the SME communication sector in India alone generates USD 4 billion. The recent launch of MyOperator is anticipated to expand the nation’s communication market. Consequently, it was picked as the platform for PM Narendra Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” speech.
A full-stack communication platform (CPAAS) is also offered by MyOperator to 10,000+ companies, including Lenskart, Apollo, PWC, Wow! Momo, E&Y, and Amazon.
