Oleevia Foundation is providing an opportunity to study the International Career Counselor Certification Course for free.
A free training programme for prospective career counsellors is offered by the Oleevia Foundation in Thrissur. The two-level International Career Counselor Certification (ICCC) course, which costs over Rs.1 lakh, is entirely free. Graduates who are interested in and have aptitude for career counselling are eligible to apply.
The certification programme will give preference to candidates with teaching experience or a Psychology degree. The Oleevia International Career Counselor Certification Program comprises a two-month Advanced Master Level with 20 hours of training, interactive video learning, and an online exam, as well as a one-month Foundation Level with 14 hours of unique training. Oleevia provides the International Career Counselor Certification Program in collaboration with EdGlobe Pathfinder.
According to Krishnakumar K T, MD, Oleevia Group, “Oleevia Foundation is giving people the chance to learn the most cutting-edge career counselling techniques through this. These techniques include career coaching, career counselling skills, career assessment tools, matchmaking, career aptitude testing, national and international scholarships, career profiling, and career building.”
In addition, he noted, there will be an opportunity for professional career counselling training.
The councillors will get an honorarium for their efforts in the form of payment.
Oleevia also intends to provide parents and kids with free career advice over the upcoming academic year using qualified career counsellors. The Oleevia Foundation aims to generate Five lakh career counsellors during the course of next four years.
