Food delivery app Zomato has relaunched its ‘Gold’ loyalty programme.
The company has replaced the ‘Pro Plus’ membership programme it terminated in 2021. The introductory price is Rs 149 for three months.
Subscribers of the ‘Pro Plus’ programme will get a three-month complimentary Gold membership. Zomato is yet to announce the annual subscription price.
What are the benefits of Zomato Gold?The Gold programme is ideal for regular Zomato users. Gold subscribers will receive free food deliveries from restaurants within 10 km on orders above Rs 199. They will get up to 30 per cent discount at more than 20,000 restaurants in India. While dining out, Gold users will receive up to 40 per cent discounts in more than 10,000 restaurants across India.
Furthermore, Zomato offers prompt delivery to Gold subscribers. In case of delayed deliveries, the users will soon get a Rs 100 coupon. Besides, Gold subscribers can avail of VIP access in restaurants during rush hour, meaning they will get priority over others.
