Revolt Motors has become a subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprise Ltd.

RattanIndia has acquired 100 per cent of Revolt Motors’ shareholdings.
Revolt Motors is the highest-selling electric bike in India.
It has a pan-Indian presence with 30 dealerships.
Its manufacturing facility is located in Manesar, Haryana.
Revolt’s flagship model RV400 is the most technologically-advanced bike in the world.
RattanIndia aims to make Revolt Motors the largest EV two-wheeler company in India.
