Cristiano Ronaldo has joined the Saudi Arabian Club Al-Nassr. Ronaldo will be paid 172 million pounds per year by Al-Nassr. Of that, 62 million will be Ronaldo’s salary. The rest will be met through image rights and commercial deals. The club is yet to confirm how long Ronaldo would play for it. Speculations say that the deal is two-and-a-half years. Ronaldo is part of Saudi Arabia’s bid for the 2030 World Cup. Ronaldo’s agreement with Manchester United was terminated last month by mutual consent .An interview with Pierce Morgan where he criticised the club owners triggered the termination. Manchester paid him 26 million pounds per year.
